Description:
Golden Bud is a rare tea tree variety successfully cultivated by the China Tea Research Institute based on the ecological characteristics of Anji White Tea. Its most distinctive feature is the "Three Golds": bright yellow dry leaves, clear yellow tea soup, and pure yellow leaf bottom. With simple processing techniques such as withering, shaping, killing green, and drying, the tea's original essence is retained.
In the pristine mountainous area with fresh air and harmonious ecology, tea trees are cultivated alongside mountain streams. With limited cultivation, tea pests coexist, and supplemented by physical measures, pesticides and herbicides are not used. We manually weed three times a year and apply organic fertilizer and rapeseed cake once. Additionally, grass seeds and soybeans are planted in between the rows of tea trees to enrich the soil and fix nitrogen.
Da Fu Ecological Tea Garden is located in the National Ecological Demonstration Zone, a first-class drinking water source protection area, and the hometown of China's ecological Longjing tea, with a forest coverage rate of over 80%. The garden adopts traditional planting methods, with only about 15 kilograms of net tea produced per acre of mountainous land, which is one-fifth of industrialized tea gardens, and only one-time harvest season per year. From planting, picking, processing to packaging, strict management is implemented throughout the entire process, with no pollution, no pesticides, and no chemical additives, producing safe and ecological clean tea. Therefore, Da Fu's tea does not need to be washed and can be directly brewed and consumed.
