JASMINE TEA

Jasmine tea (Chinese: 茉莉花茶) is one of the most popular scented tea in China. Typically, jasmine tea has green tea as the tea base and scented with fresh jasmine blossoms, also the processing of  jasmine tea is a very labor-intensive work. The magic resulting is some kind of high quality jasmine tea is subtly sweet and rich fragrant but hardly to see the petal. 

Now in China,  the best reputation producing area of Jasmine tea is Fujian province and other area include Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Zhejiang provinces.  Japan is also known for the production of jasmine tea, especially in Okinawa Prefecture, where it is called Sanpin-cha (さんぴん茶).
